Cannot recommend these guys enough - Jervon (and his brother) was super helpful and responsive. Jervon gave a very comprehensive and commercial demonstration at his showroom and answered MANY questions of mine very promptly, even on weekends. We ended up getting smart switches, “transmitters”, a monitor and motorised curtain trails - when the latter was making weird clicking sounds after 3rd party installation, the brothers came and helped out on a weekend evening for free and fixed it. Helpful products and great after sales service.

The experience was amazing and the cost is really affordable to do up your entire smart home! I met Jonathan through a referral and he patiently explained how a smarthome works, from RF to IR to Electrical wirings and the works (I havent even bought a single thing yet at that time). The service was immaculate and the products were wonderful, you may find their products online elsewhere on their reseller sites etc but I feel, with the little extra we are paying their customer service makes up for more than it (the warranty from them as well). He has also helped me planned my home wiring. and my initial purchase was only SGD$86. I did not even commit a second purchase yet the after sales service on troubleshooting was also top notch. Obviously i went back to him for more and decided to get them to up all my switches in the end. Now my home is fully voice controlled. I genuinely recommend this company for your smart home needs. their show room is clean smart and very welcoming too.

Great experience with the customer service here. Was curious if the RM4 Pro would work with my ceiling fan/light combi, staff was patient in explaining how it works, how to set it up and how to get my smart home assistant (i.e. Google Assistant) to recognise fan/light separately. Worth the trip into the industrial estate haha! Overall very good, recommended!
