Nice place with friendly neighbours

Have been living here for more than 20 years. Like the place/surrounding so much. There is a Bukit Panjang Downtown Line, though it is not near to the condo, need to take shuttle bus to the MRT. Going to Orchard took about 20 mins via BKE. Though it is near to BKE but it is not so noisy, maybe because there are trees at the natural park (opposite the condo) which block some of the noises. It takes only a few mins walk to a place where everything is under 1 roof. 4 coffee shops plus 1 food court, 4 clinics plus 1 24 hours clinic, 2 dental clinics, 7-eleven, dry/wet markets, fruits stalls, medical hall, hardware shops, schools, banks and polyclinic is on the way etc etc.

Nice and quiet place. Near by Mosque, a bank, clinics and a halal bakery. Giant supermarket remains 24h open.

Not too good, lots of common birds flock at the swimming pool which disgusts me.
