Very nice condo. Resort style with bog swimming pools and many smaller spa, jacuzzi, children water play, a thermo hot water spa! Family friendly.

Esparina Residences is the first Executive Condominium (EC) that was developed after the SG government halted all EC developments for five years. This marvelous resort like condominium has 7 spa features, an Olympic length swimming pool, tennis court, BBQ pits, Teppanyaki pit, yoga corner, reading lounge, outdoor exercise corner, gym, multi-function room, sauna, basketball court, Children’s playground including a children’s water playground…you want it, you have it! Developed by Fraser Centrepoint Homes, build quality is high and it’s just a 1-min walk opposite to the new Integrated Development Sengkang Grand Residences which has a basement bus interchange and connected to the Buangkok MRT. A 3-min walk around the corner brings you to amenities like 24-hr NTUC FairPrice supermarket, 24-hr Kopitiam food court, KFC, bakeries, medical clinic, dental clinic, childcare center, hair salon, subway sandwich, TGIW Bubble tea and Koi Bubble tea, Nippon Home hardware/Homeware shop, a Chinese Mala n BBQ skewers restaurant, optometrist and even a Singapore Pools outlet!

Great condo at best location near MRT, 20 minutes to heart of the city and bus connection. More to come, A multi–purpose shopping complex cum bus transport hub had begun its plan and tenders of new design ideas would be inclusively built just in front of the Esparina entrance. Most desirable residential condo in North East of Singapore with IT hub just a kilometer away.
