It is a cosy place for family with kids! 50m length pool which is a rare find in Singapore. Friendly neighbors and you can meet many of them by the pool on Sunday! Kids love it here!

Fantastic low rise condo with spacious resort-like grounds and low density of residents. Right next to sungei ulu pandan with surprisingly large diversity of birds and wildlife. Perfect for nature lovers who don't like living in crowded developments. Rare find for 99 year mass market private condos. Should have more like this in Singapore.
