It ticked all the right boxes, almost! Love that they still uses shoestring fries that's hardly served in hawker western food nowadays. The coleslaw was creamy and good portion. The chicken cutlet was well breaded and fried, while they used breast meat, the stuffed cheese & ham offset the dryness of the meat. The main letdown was the cheese, not prominent enough and probably not the right type of cheese being used.
