The hokkien mee taste ok but lacks wok hei. Extra chilli is chargeble and the chilli portion for the big hokkien mee is too small. I dont think it is worth the long queue but if there is no queue I will buy again.

Rating: 4 / 5 stars 🤩 : good value 🤧 : - Probably the best value fried carrot cake I’ve had in SG - thank God for OTH. Simply put, this is definitely not amongst the best fried carrot cakes, but I can’t find fault when it is priced so affordably. The radish chunks are not too small, and the egg is fried fairly crisp. Flavours are good enough. The portion is unlikely to fill you up, but it’s great for sharing.

The fried carrot cake is very tasty. The texture of the carrot cake is firm yet soft. The egg is fully coated over the carrot cake. The sambal chilli that is put at the side has nice umami taste. For a price of $3, this dish is really worth it.

Bought both black and white. Was told they will need about 15-20 minutes. In the end, waited more than 40 minutes. The white was a bit above average and more fragrance than the black. The black sauce for the black was not evenly spread, leading to some of the blander pieces.

Carrot cake evolves cos of their chilli, their chilli is great. Shrimp-based chilli tho so avoid if allergic. Good for sharing, won’t fill you up

The carrot cake is very good. But for egg fried rice, hokkien mee, seafood fried rice. Its mostly not available. So I wonder why put up there there then. Its always not available 🙄. $4 carrot cake portion is consider small. For your reference.

The owner wears glasses, is cute, active and lovely. I told her not to bring me chili, she was afraid I wouldn’t eat it well so she put it in a separate bag and brought it to me❤️❤️

V yummy ! Hard to find CAI PO with white fried carrot cake. Store staff is nice.

Decided to have quick lunch in OTH hawker, and see this stall no queue at all, so i pick this stall to order. To my surprise my order, one white carrot cake, out within less than a minute. Thankfully it’s still warm. The chai tao kueh is nice, firm because glued together by the egg, and the chilli make it more delicious. Very recommended to try, and it’s only priced $ 2.80.

Like other comments, stall have carrot cake most the time only, Hokkien mee wasn’t available when I went, however carrot cake tasted really good, and the cashier was really polite and handsome
