A. E.Commendable service. Mr. Ng was very helpful and answered to our emergency even on a weekend. Mr. Ng also ensured that the issue was resolved by calling back to check. Technical team officer Mr. Hai was very professional as well. They could pin point the issues and restored the lift service. Office staff service can be improved because no one could get back to us when we called the office mainline. Great service team!
