Dropped by for a quick look. Service is prompt and attentive. Whisky and wine selection is adequate for its size I guess, habano selection packs some nice surprises. Bulk or carton buys discounts are not as attractive but hey, I guess that's a norm now. Got off a nice Romeo and let's see what the future brings. It's near me, doesn't have members rate, but no GST. What you see is what you pay. No box for a stick. No touch and they choose your stick. Then again I don't have to worry about who has been squeezing my smokes before I smoke them

A big thank you to Janine who has been exceptionally helpful every time I visit and always responsive via their business WhatsApp channel. She is very knowledgable, advised me regarding brands, storage of cigars and even advised regarding freezing to remove risk of cigar beetles etc. A very good experience and will be back again, thank you! =)

I was fortunate enough to have a chat with Helen today, who is a pleasant reminder that a rare few retail fronts today still come with the extra x-factor - that extra dedication, passion and attention to the smallest details that elevate the retail experience from good to amazing. I was there to find out and procure pipe smoking tools and essentials. I was served by Mr Martin. I walked right in and told Mr Martin that I have no prior experience to pipe smoking. Please see my comments on the followings; Service - 1) Mr Martin is knowledgeable on the products and gave me his recommendations for me to make assessments before I consider further for my procurement. 2) Being new to pipe smoking, I am clueless to it, thus, leading me asking Mr Martin many questions. He is being very patience with me and answered my questions with sincerity and with a smile 😊. 3) Based on his experience, Mr Matin make recommendations to me on the items which I required as a new entry to pipe smoking. 4) Mr Martin did not hard sell any item to me. He allows me to take my time to consider and even suggests that I don't have to get it today and visit them again if the need arise. Products and price - 1) Habanos has a real wide varieties of selections on pipes (easily more than 100 selections for pipe). 2) Habanos is a one stop tobacco shop for all your tobacco needs. I bought my whole pipe smoking package from Habanos, ranging from the pipes (I bought 3 pipes for a start 😜) , tobacco (there are about 7 to 10 flavours to choose from), pipe stand, pipe cleaning kit, pipe filters and pipe tools. Other available accessories such as pipe travel casing and pipe lighters can be procured from Habanos as well. 3) Habanos also sells cigars and liquors. 4) Price are reasonable and affordable. Pipes ranging from as low as $40++ to $140++ to $200++ to as high as $1k++. 5) Price of tobacco are below $50 for 50 grams (Habanos happens to have on-going promotions when I make my purchases today - 24th December 2021). 6) Other accessories range from $7 to $200 (depending on what you are getting). I hope my comments above can be of any help and informative to people looking for tobacco needs. And the above comments is to show my appreciation to Mr Martin for his kind patience, his recommendations and his excellent customer service to me as well. Well done and a big thank you to Mr Martin!!! 😊 👍👍

Habanos doesn't know how to look after their cigars. I would not buy into their promotional cigars. Got some and was not able to smoke them. If you have to go to Habanos, avoid the middle aged Chinese guy. He was bland, the cigars were stale and the experience was dreadful. Go somewhere else that offers a better price and quality. Like Tabac 101, not a sponsored post, but a recent convert customer.
