Great place for dinner especially on raining cool evening. Open only for dinner time. Is crowded on weekend but still good for normal weekday time. We enjoy the fish so much that the soup is very fragrant with fish freshness. Definitely will come here again on another weekday for dinner to avoid long Queue.

30mins wait for a Sunday night. Fish used is fresh and sweet! The service is prompt and fuss free. We did enjoy the quality of the soup in the steamboat too! Overall perhaps it’s abit pricey for hawker Center food? But the taste and charcoal steamboat does make up for it. Happy to be back :)

Second time here and this place is still known to be the place to get fish head steamboat in the east with their signature broth. You have to wait for at least 30 minutes on a weekend evening, so do come early if you want to avoid the crowd. Price wise, it isn't the most value for money - a small plate of pomfret fillet costs about $18 to $20, but you can order other dishes. It's only worth it if you come in a group of at least 3 to 4 pax! Overall, I would say it's a place to come to for local dishes and during cooler evenings, but nothing worth raving about / worth traveling a long distance for.

After placing your order, you just wait. You got no receipt whatsoever and can only hope they had not forgotten about you. It's a relief when they brought the utensils to your table. The waiting time was 1 hour 28 minutes, but this is Mother's Day and can't consider as normal. The fish head steamboat is average but the "Hei Zhou" was good.

Charcoal steamboat fish soup, good selection of fish and I went for the Red Garoupa option, side dishes are limited but every dish is a masterclass, definitely recommend the prawn paste chicken and sweet and sour pork

The fish soup does not have much taste and gives very little amount of fish after ordering the largest portion. The other dishes are still decent, prawn paste chicken was quite good. The black pepper pork rib is a no-go.

One of the best fish head steamboat in Singapore! Very authentic traditional taste of how a traditional fish head steamboat should taste like. Fresh fish, very well brewed broth prepared by the boss every morning, making sure every ingredients used for making the broth are fully infused as what the boss mentioned before, he just wants the best to be served to his customers. Definitely a MUST to go for it!

Had been to this establishment many many times. It is quite reputable, but the food quality can be very inconsistent. A same dish you had yesterday might pale in comparison to the dish you have now. Price is very good for fish steamboat.

Auntie initially don't accept paynow but was very kind to try when I used up my cash. She mentioned other stalls got scammed before for paynow transactions. She spent a long time trying the app which was finally successful. I was grateful of her as I can have my meal.

First time trying this... was informed must wait about half an hour when we went about 8 plus. Really took quite awhile. Fish was fresh, soup not so salty.
