The service personnel from Home Auto was very patient. They waited for more than 30mins as I was caught in a jam before helping with the installation. They were efficient in the installation and patiently coached us through the various processes (from adding systems, to basketing systems). After the installation, they checked back with us and assured us that they will be at our service if ever an issue arise with the system.

I would say I like this high tech home automation system. The staffs at the Toa Payoh branch are friendly as well as Daniel lin who came to installed the system. He was responsive. The support I received was good and timely and my issue was addressed with a single interaction!
