Ordered a party set for a staff meeting. Order and payment online was easy. Delivery confirmed by whatsapp the day before, along with a helpful video suggestion on how to set up and serve. I was worried that the food would be late so I messaged customer service, who replied straightaway. The driver was friendly and arrived only 5 mins past. The party set came with nice individually packed cutlery, plastic tablecloth, trash bag and freestanding pop-up rubbish bin! Food was served warm and enjoyed by all. Will definitely order again!

Had Hong Kong Zhai bentos at corporate meetings, which was consistently good. Decided to order in Dim Sum for family get together. Was attended to by Mr Tan Thong, who was friendly and accomodated a same day delivery order. Food arrived hot and fresh. Serving thong provided, and even a disposable table cloth and disposable waste netted basket. Paper napkin and pair of chopsticks came in a "sealed envelope". Ordered Dim Sum Set A and other ala carte items. My mom and family enjoyed themselves.
