Howl was very easy to talk to and made the whole process way more engaging and fun. Although it was my first time getting a tattoo, he explained everything clearly and ensured that the placement of the tattoo was most optimal. He takes a lot of care in his work and ensures a high quality work. I would recommend Howl to anyone looking to get a tattoo.

Even since 2022 September I done my third tatoo at Inkpact tattoo here I come again after 1 year one month to do my 4rd tatoo on my ankle n this is my first ankle tatoo. at first I wanted to do on my hand but due to some reason I change to do on my ankle. Howl was very professional, patient, friendly n easy going guys (* just like 邻家小弟弟 or 大哥哥 *) thur out those day I send photo n ask him Questions and he will reply 1 by 1 n also give me his opinions thur out the conversation. so ladies and gentlemen if you are first time doing tatoo and also staying at the north area come and look for Howl and u will not regret but will be very enjoying thur out e whole session 😊 😉 Thanks howl for your hard work for all my 4 tatoo appreciate all the opinions n tips in how to take care my tatoo all the BeSt☺️

Howl is a very humble tattoo artist where he patiently craft a relatively tough art work i requested. I didnt had a family photo, so i requested for Howl to put 4 individual picture together into one. He put my design in interest and edit his draft multiple times to fit my request. I have never seen any tattoo artist whom really show interest as much as Howl to ensure the art work is what exactly what i want. I love his shading of the tattoo and i will definitely come back for more tatts from him. Thank you for making me less nervous and less pain by talking to me ensuring im doing find through the session! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Howl is a humble guy who places importance in keeping his customer comfortable and assured. He is meticulous in his work from pre-tattoo all the way to post-tattoo care. Anybody can call themselves a tattoo artist as long as they have the machinery nowadays, but to find one who takes pride in hardwork, research, and constantly learning is rare. So I'm glad to have had Howl be that good person! If you are a first-timer, Howl's a good person to work with too! No stress no matter how tattoo-ed or not you are, he will pace you well.

super great first tattoo experience! howl was very accomodating throughout the whole design process, coming up with different drafts to look at. on the day itself, he helped me pick out the best size for the tattoo and clearly knew his stuff as he was able to advise the best kind of shading. very nice and comfy tattoo parlour that made my tattoo experience a very enjoyable one (even let me pick the music). afterwards, he gave very good tattoo care tips and my tatt is still healing nicely :) very chill and great tattoo artist, clearly skilled and dedicated to his work and clients!

I did two pieces with Sam, one of the chest and one on the ribs. Both were painful but throughout the process, Sam kept making sure that I was feeling okay, and gave me breaks when I needed. He was extremely considerate and friendly, and tried his best to make conversation with me. He made the painful experience of getting tattoo comfortable and fun. He also did a great job on both pieces, and constantly made sure that he got all the details right so that both of us were completely satisfied with the end result. Even though I wasn't completely sure about the placement of the rib tattoo, Sam provided his professional insight and advised me on where would be the best placement. Overall super satisfied and happy with my experience here, and would come here again for more tatts no doubt!

Howl’s IG page randomly appeared on my feed when I was almost giving up on dream spine tattoo. He was super responsive and helped me with my design cos I was overwhelmed with Pinterest. Even though my design was complicated because i couldn't find a clearer picture reference, but he manage to design it very NICELY! He even made a difference size so i could choose the perfect size.
