I've been to this place for at least 8 times and they never fail to disappoint with the taste. Waiting is to be expected during peak hours but they manage the Q well. The price is also really affordable with the spread they have. They have seasonal menu and it's always good! Love this place. Garlic prawn and marinated beef is a must try. The beef used to be a seasonal item but I guess it was too good so now it's on the permanent menu. You get a sure win lucky draw after food and I ever gotten a 4 to dine and 1 eats free voucher before.

Small seats for big ass ppl. 90mins too short. 50mins alrdy ask me not to order. Food very salty.beef and chicken ok.prawn some fresh some not so. Deserts are the reason why I give 4 stars. U can just come for the deserts.lolz!

Service: 10/10 - excellent service by Winnie. She patiently explained the popular dishes and her recommendations were all on point! Food: 8/10 - chose 酸菜 and pork bone. Both soups were excellent, variety isn’t the widest but suffice for both BBQ and hotpot. Speed: 10/10 - Dishes were delivered very quickly after ordering in app, literally within 1 minute. Used dishes were cleared promptly and soup always refilled. ++ Round glutinous rice thingy with brown sugar was great!

Not the first time at jianghu hotpot - always enjoy the spread! But it’s our first time ordering the deep fried glutinous rice balls and mango mianmianbing as recommended by Winnie! The glutinous rice balls gave me a shock cos it’s so yummy! The mango mmb was a bit too sweet for me but still, thanks Winnie for her hospitality!

Great dinner place for couples and also family with young children. Staffs are friendly especially Winnie and Ah hui. Both of them guided us on using the ordering system. As this is the first time that we are visiting this outlet, we are attracted by the services and good food too! Winnie had recommended us the lemon tea with lime juice which is very refreshing. Visited Jianghu on 8 August evening time. Dining hour was 1.5hrs, felt the dining time was too short especially on eve of public holiday but luckily they did not chase us to leave despite the long queue outside. Eve of PH dinner $32.90++ per pax, soup is additional $2.80++, dessert, fruits and condiments are free flow (included in the buffet price). You have to scan the QR code to access the online menu and some dishes have to be order via the online menu, while some dishes are on conveyer belt. Food selection wise was ok, no crab though (we tried a hotpot place at Chinatown with similar concept and they do offered free flow crab). We chose tomato soup and it became quite thick after awhile, they only refill when they are going rounds but of course you can still call for them if needed. Staff are friendly but they didn’t recommend any dishes to us, just telling us how to use the app, what items are included in the buffet pricing. I don’t know why people are reviewing that their staff (Winnie) recommended them this and that though 😅. Clearing of plates and serving of food was swift. Strong bbq smell lingers on our hair and clothings after eating. Total spend $85.37 inclusive of GST n Svc charges and during eve of PH dinner time, quite expensive though. Would I recommend? Yes, if you stay nearby (cos of the bbq smell etc) and don’t mind don’t have free flow crab 🦀😅 and don’t mind queuing 1hrs+ during peak hours Got a chance to play lucky draw after making payment 😅

Im a big fan of the hot pot here; the food is fresh! The dessert selection is awesome, and I can't get enough of the grilled pork belly and garlic prawns. But some conveyor belt deliver meat and frozen food are smell and taste not nice. Recommend try order deliver food and dry conveyor belt food. Price : 1 adult = $ 29.8 + 10% services charge + 8% GST I hope put price includ all that.

The grilled fish is a highly recommended dish to try. The fish is extremely soft and fresh. The rest of the ingredients for the hotpot/ bbq were acceptable too. Lastly, the prices are relatively high. During my visit, I spent $100 for 2 pax on a weekend dinner.

Buffet - Chinese hot pot One of our go to place. Service for this shop is great. Nice lady/aunty always double check if you want to wear an apron to prevent any spills from the hotpot or barbecue. Due to this we visit this outlet more.l than others. Meat and vege was great always great and fresh. Big varieties with acceptable price. So many things we like about this. See pictures. Haha

Delicious and value for money hotpot bbq buffet. There are more variety of food items compared to other similar restaurants. BBQ garlic prawns and shabu fatty beef are my repeated orders. Ice water is free. Will eat again when at Yishun.

I would say theres variety of food, plenty of choices. Items on conveyor belt, self serve. Serving per portion just nice so we can try more items. Drinks at $1.80 free flow.. i like the lemon tea. Refill of drinks with ice added 👍. Ingredients - Fresh. The pork belly slices kinda thick imo. Nice homemade dumplings. Sweet watermelons. Mantou served cold, will be good if freshly fried and hot.. Nice chinese n canto songs. Total $80+ for 2 pax. Got sure win claw machine game! Got a vchr for next visit. Will be back. 👍

Visited this outlet on 23/10/2024.Like to compliment service staff Ms Jia Men.She is patience & friendly as it was our 1st time @ Jianghu Hotpot.Ms Winnie is also very helpful and suggested dishes that we should try.Captain Mr Jun is also very customer oriented.Do acknowledge and reward good staff. However, just a feedback.Will be good if you can provide blended chilli or sambal chilli.The seasoned meats are too salty. Thank you for reading this😊

If you are craving for a hotpot with BBQ buffet around Yishun, this would be a perfect choice for you and your family. There are varieties of hotpot and BBQ items on the conveyor belt which you can get it easily. On top of that, you can also order through the app after scanning the QR code. Drinks and popsicles are included. Do expect a queue if you arrive dinner time since the space is limited. However, since there is a 90 mins dining limitation, at least you would know when you can expect to dine in. Environment is a bit squeezing, and the table that we had was blowing hot air from below. So, it was a bit uncomfortable during eat hot stuffs.

First time trying this hotpot and bbq buffet at Northpoint City. Food is nice and service is very good. Would like to compliment one of the staff, Winnie. The buffet came with free flow drinks, and I ordered lemon tea. Upon my first refill, Winnie suggested I could mix lemon tea with lime juice and it’s very refreshing. And she is very friendly and attentive. Overall had a very pleasant dining experience. Will be back again!

I was craving hotpot and stumbled upon Jiang Hu Hotpot and it smelt good so i decided to try. Food was delicious with a wide range of variety to choose from. Service was excellent and I was served by Shi Yi and Siew Ching, they provided me with recommendations of their popular dishes and it did not disappoint.

Came across this Hotpot and BBQ Buffet at Northpoint City as we were craving for it for late lunch. We just walked in and luckily, they offered a table right away and asked if it’s our first time. The concept was good as they have a conveyor for food selection similar to some sushi outlets. Table was a bit small but the staff were taking used plates and containers every now and then to free your space. You have the liberty to take anything you want and for me it’s a great concept to avoid crowd when you are getting your choices. You have to scan their barcode to order the rest of their meat selection. They can even serve your preferred drinks and sauces right in front of you. Staff were helpful though majority of them speak Chinese so we had to ask assistance from other staff who can communicate in English. Food was good, it was just like any other hotpot and bbq places. I personally enjoyed my experience at Jianghu Hotpot. Upon payment, they will give you a token for their claw machine and in my case, I got a voucher containing free meat on my next visit. It wasn’t that much but the experience of playing from it makes it fun. They also asked for my mobile number and received an SMS that I successfully earned points. Not sure what that points are for - future redemptions perhaps?

it was my first time visiting jianghu hotpot and i love the experience there! when we entered, the staff politely asked us if it was our first time and we said yes. he then patiently proceeds to explained how the ordering works to us after guiding us to our seats. throughout the meal, there will be staffs walking around to clear the plates and its quite easy to get their attention to refill the drinks [but not sure if it applies during weekends when its more crowded]. I also love that the staffs would also notify us when theres 20 mins more till the end of the 90 mins max dining time. during payment, the cashier was also very nice and friendly while we play the sure-to-get claw machine. overall 10/10! would definitely visit again!
