Order a dried Mee Pok with additional prawn 🍤 ($4.50) Toss sauce with noodles 👌 The prawn soup lacks the taste that fried prawn shell should have, only the taste of ribs and dark soy sauce... 🥲 A bit disappointed 😢 It is worth mentioning that the service attitude of the two stall owners is very polite, and even gave the food to the elderly ....👍 Bless the soup can be further improved ❤️

Each time I visit Eastackle or Lifelong Learning Institute I’ll come to this stall at Geylang East Hawker Center. A slight variation on the classic black broth prawn noodle soup except JIn Jin doesn’t include pig innards, skin or tail, just fresh firm prawns, fish cake and/or pork ribs. The soup is dark tea colored but without an overpowering prawn/msg taste. It’s redolent of a smoked bone broth....The pork ribs is the star along with the broth. It melts into your mouth, meat, brisket, tendon and Jin Jin was generous with the ribs. Yes, she adds loads of vegetables i.e. bean sprouts and pakchoy so it feels more organic than the usual prawn noodle soup. Servings start at $3 but I had the $4 which was plenty.... or more than any other prawn noodle stall will serve. Delicious!

Ordered the dry version. Long line but service was quite fast. Chilli was lack lustre but soup was superb. Should order the soup version for good experience.
