This is my 2nd time visiting this stall to try their laksa & today at 2:30++pm, they're closed. The 1st time I visited a few weeks ago around 9am++, the laksa was not ready yet and most foods too, only some Malay cakes (kueh-kueh) are displayed at the front, after queueing for a good 5-10 mins. The 30-something y.o. lady manning the front of stall, claimed laksa would be ready in another half an hour, or about 9:30am++. I walked away disappointed but decided to return to buy some curry potato puffs (epok-epok kentang) to fill my hungry stomach. Then, I asked the lady again if laksa would be ready by 9:30am++, she said she couldn't promise if laksa would be ready by then, maybe 10am to 10:30am++, to be certain. She asked me why I would not want to wait. I drove all the way from the Northwest side of SG, expecting laksa to be ready the 1st time I visited & I was asked if I could wait. Seriously? 🙄 A friendly advise, please do not state your stall's opening hours as 7am-4pm if featured food on menu is not even ready by 9:30am++ & stall is closed earlier than 3pm! I would still try a 3rd time visit JUST for the laksa. I hope & pray that I wouldn't be disappointed again. Who knows, 3rd time's the charm! 😝😜🤪
