Got our keys end June & contacted LuxeCool by mid July. Shaun was really friendly, patient, & knowledgeable ~ we promptly arranged a day to head over to our BTO for measurements & discussion. Prior to that, I had met with about 2-3 window films company & wanted to do a comparison. But one of the many good points about Shaun is that he recommends you what you need & what is suitable for you, not necessarily the most expensive nor the cheapest, which I highly appreciate. A lot of window film companies outside tend to show you their priciest films off-the-bat, but Shaun was attuned to our needs instead & patiently went through with us with regard to a variety of films. He answered all of our enquiries and gave us no pressure whatsoever. He did not rush us at all & once our defects were rectified & reno close to completion, we confirmed with him in mid August and arranged for installation in mid October. The whole process was swift & timely. We were not able to be present for the installation due to work but he was there & kept us posted on the updates. He also came down the very day to help us rectify some minor defects. Big thumbs up to Shaun!!!

We were looking to install solar film and began doing our research. We wanted to go with 3M at the start but after a site visit from Shaun and looking at the actual products from them, we realised their products are equally great at a fraction of its price! We actually met up with another lady before meeting Shaun and my fiancé and I compared the films from both company since they both left some samples for us. Although Shaun's side was a tiny bit pricier but the specs were much much better hence we decided to go with Shaun! Snap this picture when the installation uncle came over to install it this afternoon. Top panels were already completed when i took this pic and the uncle was working on the bottom panels. if you look at the bottom panels, the right bottom panel has been completed while the left hasn't, can you guys tell how effective is the film in reducing the glare? Don't know about you but we love it! We could immediately felt the difference in temperature too! On a side note, we went with a darker film for our MBR and a slightly lighter one for the rest of our house as recommended by Shaun. Initially we were quite hesitant about installing a darker one as we didn't want to compromise on the natural lighting but thank god we took his advice and it turned out perfectly fine! No wonder they say 姜还是老的辣! I hardly write such a long review but trust me, Shaun truly deserves it. So if you guys are looking to install for your place, don't bother looking anywhere else. Just hit Shaun up! Pocket friendly price, high quality products and top notch service, tell me what's there not to love?

It was a smooth and pleasant experience throughout. On the day of the site measurement, he was patient and answered all our queries, even when our questions may be every elementary (I’m guilty of not researching much prior so had to ask all the questions to him). The arranging of installation appointment was easy and quick and the installer did a great job (good craftsmanship). Shaun also did a post-sales follow up and reminded us on the maintenance tips. Overall, I rate this experience highly.

Shaun provides exceptional service. He is very professional and detailed in explaining different types of windows film and pros/cons. He is not pushy for sales and very patient in providing all the information that I need. His installation team also did an awesome job, they are very meticulous and did the job very well and tidy. It has been 4 weeks+ since I contacted Shaun for quotation on solar films. Prior to luxecool, I have already went through presentations, site measurement and quotations with 3 other popular solar film installers. However, I was not satisfied either with their service and knowledge of solar films - or lack thereof. This didn't give me any confidence at all both in them or their products. I then contacted Shaun from Luxecool. His knowledge of solar films was greatly sufficient and service impeccable. Despite being the second most pricey amongst the 3, now 4 quotations, my wife and I decided to go with them. Our apartment has floor to ceiling window panels, so are possibly more challenging to install. To make things worse, in one of my bedrooms, we had 2 window panels that were directly and tightly positioned against an in-built wardrobe (design flaw by developer). The space was so narrow that the other 3 vendors told me straight up that they are unable to install there. However, Alex, the other great part of Luxecool, installed the films seamlessly even in that narrow space. It was such a difficult feat! There are no longer any obvious bubbles on the solar films after extended drying due to low-E coating of my window panels. I am definitely pleased with their service and quality. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Shaun is very friendly and knowledgeable in his products. First contacted him for a quote, not pushy and even willing to share more although I did mentioned the price is beyond my budget. I received quotes from multiple companies however I decided on Luxecool even though it was not the cheapest. Shaun was able to gain my trust and worked with my inability to make a decision on the film type patiently. He knew much about solar films and spent alot of time explaining it to me. Shaun also made a suitable suggestions and even turned up on the day of installation. Installers came on time and were courteous as well as very meticulous. They also provided protection and cleaned up the area when they were done. The installers were also quite nice to share tips on how to do my own solar film installation as I was intending to DIY for some windows. I noted that they were well-prepared and came with spares. Definitely a 2 thumbs up and highly recommended company.

It was a pleasant experience engaging with LuxeCool. They provide good service in explaining the different types and features of windows tinting available, and recommend the best for customers. The price is also reasonable as I think it’s for good quality products. Most companies in market don’t provide or only provide less than a year warranty. The installation was fast and professional and advise was also given on how to clean and take care after installed. I also feel that my rooms are less warm nowadays too.
