They arrived early and ended punctually. In addition, throughout the day, they sent us detailed updates; we received photos, videos, and informative captions of each step of the whole process. I recently engaged Mold Medic for Mold removal and treatment in my house which had been vacant for 1 year. James was very quick to respond to my query and Nathan came for the site inspection to see what works need to be done. This included anti mold wipe down/ misting , UV treatment and anti mold painting . I would like to specifically commend Suren and Prabha who did an excellent job during the entire treatment procedure. They did a re-inspection of my house so as to not miss out any areas with potential mold and also made sure all the furnitures and things were adequately protected with plastic covers . Engaged mold medic to help me deal with the widespread mold issue in my house. A crew of 6 guys came and covered the whole place with plastic sheets, misted the place with sporacidin, UV-Ed and wiped down everything. They also scraped any loose layer on the ceiling and painted anti-fungal paint on it. Their products are of high quality and are supposed to last 5 years. They were thorough in their cleaning (3-4 spots missed which is understandable because my platform storage complicates things. They addressed it immediately). I have to commend To To the paint specialist who painted the ceiling flawlessly and was ever willing to share his knowledge on paint and anti-fungal care.

James and his team has been incredibily professional and thorough. From the get go, James was customer-centric. We requested for the team to visit the site three times for various reasons and they were willing to do so without charging additional fee. For the first visit, they did my room which was badly stained by mould. They did such a great job. My sinus improved instantly. In the past, the mould situation was so bad that it affected my day to day functioning and sleep. They visited for the second time today and was willing to do another wipe down and conducted the anti microbisting for my room as per request. I am grateful. They also went beyond for the paint services. Due to the water leakage situation, some parts of the door frame paint cracked, and the team managed to rectify it. They also cleaned the ceiling fan and air con. They made sure no part of the house has visible mould before leaving. The team was also friendly and I had a good time chatting with them. James is prompt to messages even at night. All in all, their price point may be relatively high, but considering how they were willing to go to great lengths to serve customers, we think it is worth it. They also have a 6 months warranty period.

Very happy that I decided to engage Mold Medic! DIY attempts using bleach wipedowns to get rid of the mold on the bedroom ceilings were not working, the mold kept coming back after a few weeks.
