The first thing I did when I heard the feds lowered their interest rate to 0%, was to give my contact at Mortgage Master a call. This guy has already done all the research, and could immediately present the best rates, as well as why this is the best rates I can get in the next 3 years. The people at Mortgage Master knows their stuff. Refinancing was also breeze. As soon as I gave my consent for the banker to call me, the banker and the law firm immediately contacted me and the process was well underway.
