I had an amazing experience learning at Newton Exercise College under the guidance of Theresa. Her teaching is insightful and engaging, making every topic approachable and enriching. Theresa is incredibly grounding, compassionate, and inspiring as an instructor. When I started, I had minimal knowledge of yoga, but Theresa’s patient guidance gave me a solid understanding of physical alignment and body movement. She has an incredible ability to recognize her students’ potential, gently encouraging growth and helping them achieve poses they never thought possible. Theresa and Newton Exercise College are truly exceptional!
