M6S It's so beautiful, the hot air volume is large, and the machine is beautiful. It is very convenient to dry clothes with it. The installation staff's service is also great, thank you.

We bought the Orlant M13 Champagne Gold in November 2019 and it is still working very well until today. Unfortunately I accidentally dropped the remote control last week and it was disconnected with the Orlant Smart laundry hanger. Thanks to Customer Service-Jaselyn for answering my call on weekend; she guided me to step-by-step to confirm that the remote control is not working before wasting money to buy a new set. She is honest and professional with good product knowledge. After a series of checks, she said that I need to get the controller replaced. She WhatsApp me the address of their distributor located in Sim Lim Square-Hi Smart Home@#05-79 and also shared a video on how to synchronise the new remote control with the Orlant smart laundry hanger. I find that Orlant offers good quality products and after sales service, even after 4 years. I provide pictures here to show that I’m a real user of their products, rather than some unknown users giving 1* Google rating without providing photos or specific reasons which may not be fair to Orlant and their distributors. We all know that most of the works or deliveries were delayed due to Covid-19 from 2020 to 2022. We suggest buyers call or email to the respective distributors and give them a chance to serve us better rather than post a negative comments on Google which doesn't resolve the problem.

Bought the 5XL system. So far so good. Only had to wait less than a month for installation from purchase date. Wish there were more poles. Firuz was fast in responding my queries. Office side was slow in sending the invoice/receipt.
