2nd time purchasing from this company. First set of blinds was installed in 2018, and 5 years later we have gone back to them this time round, for the Shyzip system. The first set of blinds have worked well and were installed professionally. During our purchase of our second set of blinds (2024), we got in touch with Alice who has been very patient and on the ball to respond to our queries. Measurement team was efficient and installer team ensured all issues are resolved. Appreciate the effort. The blinds have just been installed and we are looking forward to updating this review and posting more pictures as we use the product.

I attended a few demos from the major outdoor blinds installers. I was attended by Alice at their showroom. The demo was very well conducted and all the functions of the blinds are explained. I signed up with Alice on the spot. Next comes the installation date. It was stressful due to the developer not issuing keys to us on time. Alice understands our anxiety and came to our help. She moved the installation date twice without any questions. The installation was a breeze and the team was professional. Alice is always very helpful and will reply after office hours when I have an urgent request or enquiry. She will even help me liaise with the curtain department even though it is not her duty. The unit owners have a Telegram group and all of us have the same highly regarded compliments for Alice. I strongly recommend all future customers to look for Alice, if she is available. She might be very busy if all customers start to look for her so please be patient if she is unable to attend to you.

Compared to the other similar product that cost almost 40% more, this is much more value for money. SHY Japan patented the SHY Zip Fastener System in 1987 for 20 years and they are the official and only sole distributor of DOOYA® tubular motors. Visited three different shops selling similar products before finally deciding on them. The actual folks who came down to do the work are friendly and professional. Has been 3 weeks; no issues (touch wood) so far. Contact Titus or Jennifer.
