Have tried the famous Pang's Hakka YTF and it did not disappoint. The texture of the noodles with the minced meat gravy was just perfect wt their signature YTF. But be prepared for a long wait and no seats during peak hours due to the space and crowd.

Noodles are the star of the show, very q, with fragrant scallion oil, fried lard and topped with savory sweet braised minced meat. Soup flavour is quite light. Comes with a mix of fishball, ngoh hiang and radish.

YTF is great, it’s quite tasty. Only thing disappointing is the meatball. The version that I was hoping to have is the one exactly on their menu but I got a deep fried version covered in flour instead.

I ❤️ anything Pang. 😆 Pang Cha, Pang Chance, Pang Gang and this Pang’s Hakka Yong Tau Foo that I chanced upon in the newly opened food court at Bukit Panjang Plaza. What are the three things that I like about Pang’s? 💥It’s Hakka! - I’m a fan of Hakka food so whenever I spot a Hakka YTF, I will head straight to queue for it. 💥Fresh Ingredients - The minced meat stuffing of the YTF is so fresh and tasty. I’m also happy to see white radish in the soup! 💥The mains - I ask for Bee Hoon and it’s served with the softest vermicelli that reminds me of Taiwan’s 新竹米粉. Me likey. I will definitely be back again to try the Hakka abacus seeds, Hakka noodles and curry in the menu.

Food and price is reasonable. However the attitude of the main lady cashier has got to be better. Do hope she learns from the main lady cooking
