Very convenience place to live in. Just a few minutes walk to MRT, food center and shopping mall.

Very convenience place to live in. Just a few minutes walk to MRT, food center and shopping mall. The swimming pool is cozy and the other facilities are well maintained.

Quite inconvenient to get to city area as it is far away but if you are fine with the MRT noise it is nice to reach the station easily in just over 5mins

Older condo so you cannot expect everything to be in a perfect condition, but the sunbeds are really old and dirty 😕 good place for families with small children tho
