Reviews of Sands Expo & Convention Centre
A very hitech mall which covers most of the international brands. Very special ambience to see the whirlpool waterfall. Nice place to visit and shop along with family.
What sets Marina Bay Sands apart is its versatility. While it is a prime location for business events, it also serves as a luxury shopping and leisure destination. The mall boasts an impressive collection of high-end brands, gourmet restaurants, and even a scenic indoor canal where you can enjoy gondola rides. The rooftop infinity pool and observation deck offer breathtaking views of Singapore's skyline, making it a must-visit spot for tourists.
Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, Marina Bay Sands seamlessly blends sophistication, convenience, and entertainment, making it an unforgettable experience
It is a great place with shopping and entertainment center. All services are good and the food court is also very diverse and delicious.
Love the place, good for the tourists and lots of shops to explore.
This year's Brewnanza Fest by Brewlander moved indoors jo tim... missing out on the stunning Fullerton skyline, but at least no need worry abt rain rain 🌧🌧🌧 Definitely a mix of pros and cons. The music lineup improved wif da 2nd band...1st band mou mat dim 🎶🎶🎶 Da beer beer selection remained extensive, manage to try out craft beers from different countries🍻🍻🍻 Oh ya...1 thing not so good good was da welcome drink fixed to the Community Ale by Brewlander. I would have preferred if each brewery had the chance to offer their own welcome beer lorrr 🍺🍺🍺
Amazing place to shop (if you are rich) and eat at the food court (very good and affordable).
Good Place for expo and exibition i was there for edutech Asia 2024 and the Place and the was very good, sell organized for the boot and for the Company that attend thesw event also for the meal you can taste varoius ciaone , chinese ,malayan and so on
.
Extraordinary architecture, amazing services, and lively environment!
A world renowned location. Be prepared to pay quite a bit though for a hotel stay or food.
The roof top restaurant has a wonderful view.
The mall just outside the convention centre is modern with rows of high end boutique shops covering from 1st to 2nd floor.
Attended the OS+H Asia. Very nice environment, centrally located and helpful staff.
Have attended several events here the past few months and appreciate such a venue.
Top tier facilities but staff here are more police than service. Will start chasing you 5mins before tea/lunch break ends and guard the food like hawks before the official order to start. Will also come after you if you happen to sit on a row of empty chairs in the hallway if it's a different conference next door. Truly the worst of Singapore on display!
Good place to attend conference. Just done with the latest CESG 2024. Tried the valet parking. The valet parking is free for exhibitors and it would costs a bit if it was not free. Waiting time to collect car is about 5 mins. Thumbs up for the good service staffs!
Went here for a exhibition so cant comment much on the place. However there is a casino nearby here n free to enter for non Singapore pr or resident.
Stunningly beautiful hotel and architecture. The rooftop infinity pool features breathtaking city and bay views. This was one of my favorite rooftops, among many, while visiting this summer. Very friendly staff. The shops on the lower level are both interesting and unique. Definitely worth a visit, even if you don't stay!
Great venue for events!! Restaurant is amazing too!!
Absolutely beautiful hotel! Could not fault it. Obviously expensive but worth every penny for the experience. It was my 21st when I stayed and they sent a small cake to the room. We came to drop our bags off and were allowed to check in early - more time at the amazing pool! Bar snacks and drinks around the pool are high quality and not badly priced. Love that you can get in the pool at night too to admire the view! Absolutely amazing, would recommend to anyone.
Excellent hotel and services. The infinity pool is the cherry on the top. Literally. Garden view is better (at least for me) due to the balcony and the view overlooking the Marina Bay garden. Enjoy the pool in the morning as when I was there it got busy after 10pm with a lot of teenagers. During the day and the evening the pool is not overcrowded.
Love the strong aircon especially during such hot weather, but it gets real cold after half day at congress. There should be some power points for people to charge phone or laptop inside the room. Very thoughtful to have papers, pens, cold and hot water provided.
Second time staying here :)
Always very welcoming and attending the customers at their best hospitality.
The weather wasn’t the best but the view from the room is gorgeous as before.
You never get bored with this hotel.
Great location in the proximity of the Marina Bay Sands hotel and shoppes. Plenty of choices of dining options from high end restaurants, international chains, or food court style food. Good choices of coffee or tea with Twinnings, Starbucks, Baccha, etc.
Convenient access to MRT downstairs on either blue or orange line.
Wow such an amazing experience just being here and this hotel makes it even better. It is absolutely gorgeous and is connected to a mall with such great shopping stores. The architecture of this hotel is like no other and the rooftop pool is breathtaking. Definitely a must see experience
This is a beautiful location to spend an entire day checking out. Restaurants, casino, "board walk", all the top luxury stores. Fun place.
Went here for token2049 it was amazing experience
The best hotel ever!!
1. it has one fine swimming pool on 57th floor. whether you love to swim or not, you will never stop lying on the deck by the pool☺️
2. The room sided towards garden is fantastic. At first look, i fell in love with my room🤩
3. Sands rewards: if you do not use it, the points are totally wasted.
I booked a room (just one night) for my girlfriend and I at this amazing hotel in Singapore. This hotel is absolutely worth the money to pay visit just once in your life. This is a very good experience and I still look back at it with a smile on my face. Yeah , it is rather expensive and you use a quite lot money but this hotel is very luxurious and the service is very high and the staff is very friendly and professional. And I have yet mentioned that infinity pool which is just unbelievable fantastic and WOW that view!!!. This pool is a great experienced in itself but you can only use it if you stay at the hotel. I highly recommend to book one night at this hotel or depending on your money - a couple of days. You'll never regret.
Amazing premier garden view with bath tub! Staying at the marina bay sands was amazing, exceptional level of service provided by the staff from check in till room service.
The room was great and clean. Balcony view towards gardens by the bay was spectacular.
Definitely recommended to tourist or Singaporeans who wish to have a relaxing day here!
The infinity pool now only allows 2 adults as you will only receive 2 cards for the room. Security is really tight now.
The experience is awsome but somehow it felt like it could have been a better view if I stayed in nearby hotels. Because you can see the beauty of this iconic Hotel from the outside. Nevertheless the experience inside hotel was great, Infinity pool and jacuzzi were superb experience. But for pictures, I would prefer take it from a far outside the hotel.
Incredibly impressive building that dwarfs everything nearby. The architecture is stunning and you can walk through the first floor and one of the higher ones via the bridge of the gardens, so you can see the building from both sides. We stayed to see the light show at 8pm, but saw it from the Gardens' side and it seems it would have been better to see it from the other side of the building.
I can not say any word again. This is the beautiful places ever in Singapore. Not so many person here. And I am so lucky that I becoming part of a family tour and come to this beautiful place. Love it so much. I like to swim in infinity pool at Marina Bay Sands. A great experience and trying to not sleep and forget about it. It will be the dream in all my night. Thank a lot Singapore. A great day. Come back to reality again :)
This is a Multi Storyed hotel with the combination of Theee Hotel Building combining each other on the top of the buildings covered by a boat design rooftop. On the roof top there is swimming pool and hotel also. Tourist also going to hotel rooftop by paying fees of S$31 per Adult and S$25 per child to view Singapore at a bird eye view. On the sight from top is is very nice scene of Singapore Viewed.
First time attending a concert at Sands theatre. Great place. Carpark was bit crowded. Alot of shops around. Would recommend to visit this place. Good to take public transport.
Loved this hotel even though we only spent two nights here. The views are amazing and has one of the most famous pools in the world. The park next door is also one of the most impressive in the world. The only draw back is how long it takes to check in.
It is an extraordinary hotel!! Everyone knows the iconic infinity-pool. And it’s worth it! The pool is a great experience and the view is astonishing. The sandwiches from the poolbar are delicious. We got a free upgrade and had a really nice room. The staff was very friendly at all times. It’s a Singapore must see, even if you only stay for one night.
The place is absolutely huge and amazing. The room is big, the view to the garden is beautiful. There is a good casino, lots of restaurants, a big mall with all the best brands. The service is great. The pool at the top is breathtaking and the pool beds are great.
Really love the view people littreally dying to see this view. Very peaceful and calm hotel really deserve that 5 stars. Good staff. Nice and freindly staff. You must try club 55. Its really cool place to eat with that cool view. Pool is crowdy cus it is the main attraction over here. If you take some time you would get some nice pics. Make sure to visit there around 6 p.m. That time is best to take pics with sun shine. Very cool.
Must see if you are in Singapore. This is very popular sight in Singapore for a number of reasons.
The spectacular views from the top (entry feed apply), the numerous shops in the mall, the hotel as well as the side pathways along the water.
If you go there make sure you visit the top door, there is plenty of things to do up there, bars, restaurants and the amazing infinity pool which you get access to subject to a few even if you are a resident at the hotel.
The infinity pool experience did not amaze me to be honest as it was very crowded.
What a great place to visit. Lots of events for everyone, literally, for humans, dogs, cats, fishes - yap, that's right. Pet events, hobbies event where co-plays were hosted, handicrafts stalls where candles, toys, stickers(too many), knits,etc...Attended the Hermes Live Show - really enjoyed it. A very creative show. But lacking in affordable food choices, that's why I hopped onto the MRT n went to Marina Sq for lunch where there's more affordable food choices. Very crowded too, full of tourists.
The hotel is EVERY bit of 5 stars. My flight arrived at midnight and check in was at 2 pm. However, at 7 am they let me check in early. I was able to find quite a bit to do to pass the time between my arrival and the time that I checked in. I was there for my birthday and they sent a complimentary cake up to my room. There are so many perks to staying at this hotel. Just to mention a few, the infinity pool, the views from the sky deck, 25 % off at one of the 24 hr bars, etc. There is also a MRT stop located right at the hotel that makes it easier to get around the city. The mall has every designer that you can think of and a few of the eateries in the food court stay open all night. I can't stop gushing about my stay here. And I can't wait to return.
This is a must see while visiting Singapore. The place is very big and has separate tower for visitors to see. It offers amazing views from top and is very windy. There are few snacks available and also restaurant is there. One cannot see the full area which also has swimming pool as it is reserved for the hotel guests.
The Convention Centre is always busy and crowded. Especially during October and November.
Absolutely spectacular looking over the whole of Singapore on the top floor for dinner at Ce La Vi the meal was beautiful and you have many restaurants to choose from but the view is amazing.
After we finished dinner we checked out the pool and had drink in the nightclub next door as our dinner booking is for only two hours.
The food and service was superb and the staff even organised a birthday treat for one of our guests.
Excellent location, having wonderful views of Singapore skyline and marina Bay hotel. A long river front walk way with picturesque views, every visitors take lots of pictures. A symbol of Singapore is Lion and is at this place. From Lion statue you can go on bridge walk and again it's beautiful experience
Good, but not great. Don't get me wrong: you should still stay here if you can - the rooftop pool is a must. But the place feels more like an airport than a hotel and is just too busy. Housekeeping and spa were impeccable, but room, amenities and service are much better elsewhere.
I could not find one bad thing to say about my stay in the Marina Bay Sands. The Hotel was pleasing to the eyes and staff was efficient and friendly. The two nights i stayed were amazing. Despite the knowingly pricy stay for a night its well worth the experience for sure!
The hotel is quite large and beautiful providing luxurious stay. The view is breathtaking. Mall accompanying consists of all the famous brands where stores are beautifully organized. Food court is pretty good and expensive. Boat riding is available across the mall giving a spectacular view tour. Swimming pool on the 57th floor os accessible to the guests residing in the hotel and not all the visitors. The light and sound show in front of the mall is beholding and relaxing.
This hotel is on another level entirely, there aren't enough stars to rate the magnificence of this place. Everything is top notch. The service, the rooms, the dining options, the entertainment, the gardens, the pool, the list goes on and on! This is not just a hotel, it's more like a city within itself! The hotel sits on top of a mall and casino and there is the world's largest and highest infinity pool at the very top. Not to mention the gardens which literally look like the world of Pandora from Avatar which are right outside of the hotel and most of the rooms have incredible views of them from the rooms. The list goes on and on about how incredible this luxury hotel is and although it does come at a steep price, it is worth it just to experience it for yourself!
Wow..
This is just wow!
The price/night is a bit expensive, but it's worth every dollar! Here's why..
The service:
- we got icecream and juice when we were waiting to check in. Do i need to say more?
- we got an upgrade 10 floors higher with an amazing view of the gardens by the bay!
The pool:
- you can hang over a 57 floor high edge in the longest infinity pool at that height.
- you get warm towels at the pool.
- the view is just stunning!
- if you don't want to risk dropping your camera/phone to get that infinity pool shot you can even hire a lady in a wetsuit with a waterproof camera to take your pictures.
The room:
- when you enter the rool the curtains open automatically, showing you the view of the gardens by the bay or the city skyline.
- the rooms though are a bit outdated. But honestly you don't care anymore when you look outside the window.
- the bed was very big and comfortable.
Just overall an experience you must have had when visiting Singapore!
If you like to shopping luxury item while going play at the casino, this is another good place to go. I'm just passing by here to watch the water light show (spectra). There're some restaurants facing to the sea behind this building.
Close to the popular Gardens by the Bay and museums like the ACM(Asian Civilisation Museum), the Sands Expo and Convention Centre is easily accessible by taxi or by public transport be it by train (alight at Bay front MRT)or by public buses like 106,502 amongst other services.
The Centre has many meeting rooms and halls and is an ideal venue to host conferences, conventions and exhibitions. Restaurants, cafes, food court are all near the centre.
Stayed here overnight post cruise, had high expectation initially but left with ok feelings. The room size was ok, was on the 2nd floor facing a busy road so no view to speak of; everything clean and worked. The pool on top of the hotel was a tourist area by itself but it's so packed that you can't find a place to sit. The bar next to the pool Ce La Vie offers good view of the city and worth having a drink there. There is also an observatory deck 1 floor below the pool has panoramic view. The hotel is within walking distance to Garden by the Bay and Super Groove.
For S$400 a night for a 2nd floor room with no view, I find this pricey. If I had known beforehand, I would have paid S$100 more and stay at the Ritz.
What an amazing place. View is spectacular from the rooftop pool and restaurant. Rooms are top notch, especially the ones with patio.
Nice pool area, boat shape on top floor, though crowded place. Rooms are clean, nice. Overall good experience. Good customer service. Extremely beautiful place.
Perfect modern but very expensive resort hotel. The view is absolutely amazing from the top. You can buy separate tickets for the viewing deck if u don't live there. There is also a shopping mall across the street definitely worth going through.
Visited here whilst staying in Singapore but did not stay overnight. The sky park is closed to non resident guests but there is a viewing deck that you can visit for 23 Singapore dollars per adult. When you reach the deck there is a restaurant and bar that you cannot go into if you are not a resident of the hotel. It's a bit annoying because the restaurant is full of happy diners who have to contend with the hotel visitors watching them eat and drink. It would be better if it was not visible to visitors in the same way that the pool is not visible.
The views of Singapore from the deck are amazing and worth the entrance fee.
After the visit to the deck we stopped for lunch in the lobby of the hotel at the Rise Lounge. The food and service was fantastic.
If you’re in Singapore you have to stay here at least one night! So worth it! Beautiful hotel and excellent service! The rooftop pool is lit!
Accommodation was nice, pool was different.
Can be difficult to get to/from places for the first time if you don't happen to see the right sign etc. (Gardens, shopping, casino etc)
All in all a very positive experience. Will be back when we have more time.
Marina bay sands is a resort fronting Marina bay in Singapore. Opened in 2010, this property has 2561 rooms and three towers joined by the world's biggest cantilever roof by a huge boat like structure. The hotel is a Marvel itself in architecture. The skypark as it is called has restaurants, gardens and the enormous infinity pool.
The hotel is an iconic landmark which can be seen from miles away.
The hotel is located at amazing location featuring walking distance to Merlion and the Garden by the bay.
The hotel has Club55, an lounge at the 55th floor of the property which provides amazing views of the city and garden by the bay.
Dining options available are:
Adrift by David Myers
Bread Street kitchen by Gordon Ramsay
CUT by Wolfgang Puck
Punjab Grill
The infinity pool speaks for itself, making this hotel one of the most iconic symbols of this wonderful city. Definitely worth a visit for the rest of the building as well, even if not as a guest.
The conference area is large and luxurious, adjacent to the shopping center, casino... complex of the Marina Bay area
Trendy people gather at Marina Bay
Get off work at eight o'clock and put your feet up
Shi Shiran planned to go home and sleep
Girls singing and dancing happily in the corridor
The shopping mall is still bustling
Can't help but walk through crowded aisles
Come and join the crowds flowing high and low under the night sky
Colorful lights interweave before your eyes
The fountain dances up and down to the music
Cell phones record special effects overhead
I leaned forward hard from side to side in the crowd
White thighs with the smell of sea breeze
The long human wall throbs with symphonic violence
The music here has just started to quiet down
The girl groups behind them started marketing professionally
Korean costume, Korean music and hot Korean dance
There were people taking photos with their faces during the lance sprint
The big bowl is quiet because it’s not on time
The hustle and bustle of the bar proves that the night has just begun
Young parents pushing cute baby
The uncles lazily accompany the whole family
The young men and women are fighting all over the class
I am also very interested in being alone
What a great weekend at Marina Bay
The square is like a party outdoor
Trendy people from all over come here to let go
A night like this deserves to be introduced to everyone
Great event exhibition center, connected to the train station, hotel, shopping center, creating a complex not to be missed when coming to Singapore
Too cool, crowded, bustling and full of events.
Stunning shopping centre, a step into the future like all of Singapore 🥰🥰. On the lower floor you will find a refreshment area with all types of cuisine, highly recommended 👍👍
Shop endlessly if you have the necessary money. Clean mall with almost only exclusive shops. WiFi for free. Bubble tea great.
Bring the kids to sit and eat while waiting for the Spectra &Lights and Water show to go in and play. Admission is 12$ per person (MBS members get a discount). Small children and adults must go in too. Buy tickets at the venue now.
Inside, let the children color. Then send it to the employee to scan the photo. Then the thing that you drain will be able to move on the floor. There are a lot of vents. And it's fun to run with, not a lot of people.
My son asked me to come again. In 2 days I brought him again but I signed up for membership. Children are reduced to 8$ per person, adults are not reduced.
You can use your youtrip card to pay.
An impressive place. There is a huge food arcade downstairs, it's hard to find a place to sit at the table, but this is compensated by a huge selection of Asian food.
Dazzling shopping world, Gucci Prada and Co and it's beautiful to look at. We were here at the beginning of December with wonderful Christmas lights. Even if you don't visit the shops it's worth a walk anyway!
Always busy
