Kinda of like a hidden gem zi char stall. Decided to try out the pork curry rice and hokkie mee. The two dishes were surprisingly delicious. The curry rice given rice is given a bit more than the usual portion which i like it. I was surprise the curry got this creamy taste in it, good flavour from the curry leaves too. The downside is i feel the slices of pork is too small of a portion with just a few slices of it. The Hokkien mee pork lard is fresh and tastes fine for me. The chef added a lot of pork lard which i find it quite shiok, i ate so many of it until i had enough. Mee overall all not bad. I notice a lot of people do take away probably due to limited seating at the small coffeeshop. Staffs were friendly and able to make small talk despite busy. Would love to come back next time to try other dishes. Taste and service is subjective. Don’t set expectation too high to try.

First time, I tried the asam fish head pot in Singapore, and it was AMAZING. Taste: the fish is fresh, if you are the one don’t like eat fish like me due to the fishy smell, you will like this asam fish head dish. Well blended of sweet, sour, spicy, good amount of smell from turmeric. The other dishes is also good, the samba stir fried vegetables is very tasteful, full of seasoning, the tofu is lightful, which is well balanced out all other strong seasoned dishes. I love this meals so much. 5/5 Price: around 65 dollars for 4 people with 4 main dishes and 4 rice. I think for a gathering dinner like this, it is not too pricey but it is not cheap. Acceptable price, i give 3.5/5 for price. Service: very good service. The aunties not only from the store i eat also from the water store are very friendly. 5/5 Atmosphere: it is quite noisy location compared to other Hawkers for talking due to the vehicles noise from the highway road. But what you’re expected from the hawker center, peaceful and fancy? Better you should to restaurant. So for me 3.5/5 Overalls: 4.25/5

One of the best Tze Chars in this area. Love the old coffeeshop vibe sitting among the modern cafes.Price is reasonable, food is great and the aunties are always very friendly. These are the dishes we tried on difference visits, aasam fish head, Hokkien mee (black sauce), hor fun, black pepper beef, fried rice, sambal sweet potato leaves which all are hits. Assam fish is really delicious! Only remember to take photo for Assam fish, other dishes had savoured before camera eats. Will be back to try more!

Walked past this zichar shop many times but never tried as I saw the ratings werent that good (which I wondered why, perhaps that was eons ago ratings but now this has changed). Ordered pork ribs, prawn paste chicken, bittergourd soup and seafood beehoon, all was damn good especially the prawn paste chicken and pork ribs. Not too expensive too, total damage $40.00. The service provided by the auntie and uncle was very good too. Will definitely be back again very soon!

Don't know why this place has bad ratings. We had salted fish fried rice, bitter gourd soup, and salted egg sotong. All are great! Good flavour. Sambal also good. Food arrived pretty fast.
