Reviews of SkyTerrace @ Dawson
Amazing architecture and greenery. It is really unbelievable that this is public housing. The views on the higher levels are really nice and you will see all the way to the southern part of Singapore.
Come here for a school assignment. It is a rather nice place with a double volume Loft unit. It's only very dark during the night. Exploring it during the day would be better.
Night View with Full moon
Nice neighbourhood, very green and quiet but close to town. Not enough eateries though.
lovely views from the balcony
Very tall tall building 🏢
Modern HDB with amenities.

Clean
A place where you can check out HDB, Singapore's representative housing type. In fact, this is not a tourist destination, but it was the residential culture of Singapore that I wanted to show my friends in Singapore. It is a joint rental housing of about 40 floors and is the same concept as Korea's LH SH. It seems that perceptions are gradually changing in our country, but these houses are not rental houses for low-income people, but popular apartments where about 70% of Singaporeans live. Therefore, at hbd, we entrust hdb design to famous architects in Singapore or world-class architects. Per person? You can own an HDB, and like in Korea, sales are made through a lottery, and only 10% is paid as a moving-in fee, and the government provides a loan at a low interest rate for the rest. It is said to be about 400 million won, so you can enter as long as you have 40 million won ready. So, one of my classmates won and lives here, and we called him Lucky Guy. The bigger reason for calling it that way is that, as in Korea, real estate prices are gradually rising, so if the price rises later, you can make a profit, so if you win a good location or a well-designed HDB, there is an opportunity to make an economic profit. This information was obtained from my friends in Singapore, but if there is anything different or incorrect, please leave an additional review.
