First time here. Chosen the 2hour. Environment is clean and well maintained Came during weekday, not crowded. Even we (adult) play the interactive tv wall game in their ball pit 😂 The only thing is we can’t bring the water in so each time we have to bring the kids out for water and there isn’t any cafe.

Since I came to Singapore, I have been looking for a place for my children to have fun and learn after school and smigy has met my needs perfectly. Parents can enter with their children, which helps to foster a parent-child relationship and also ensures safety(The venue is also very clean)

I Have signed up for Smigy United Square since my baby boy is 6 months old. Have been their member for the past 1.5 years. We have explored a few playground in Singapore and we find Smigy offers the better environment for toddler and variety of game stations. My boy likes it so much. 😍

Typical setup such as ball pit/trampoline/rides/pretend play, pricey at $23/hr on a weekday with nothing interesting to shout about. Clean environment but their staff only sit at the reception, unlike other indoor playgrounds whereby the staff will walk around and organise the play areas here and there and not just leave a pile of mess.

Lots of fun for the kids ! I don't know why I see sad reviews because of one slide closed out of a ton of sections, strange. Anyway We loved it :)

We signed up for an hour, but my son got bored after 20 minutes. An accompanying adult is included in the entrance fee, and any additional adults need to pay $10 extra. This is a mid-sized place with a lot of standard equipment, such as slides and sand play. There is nothing major to complain about, and nothing to shout about either. A single visit is sufficient for us.

Spacious and clean. But the costume part of the playground can be better managed. I wonder how often it's cleaned? After kids put it on and off with their sweat and all....

I often take my children to play. Every time the children have fun, the staff are friendly and the venue is clean. There are also many entertainment facilities, highly recommended!
