Wonderful place for pets and our flurry buddies. Rare pet supply shop that operates 24 hours, so no matter what time is it, you can always drop by to get your stuffs. They carry a wide range of pet foods and pet necessities. Whatever you need, you’ll probably be able to find it here. Not to mention the wonderful service as well!

always getting a great customer service from your staff, Jhomel. his help is beyond expectations and always giving good recommendation to us. his effort and hardwork should be recognised.

There's a few pet stores in this area, but this is my favourite. Price is competitive and the customer service is very good and you can feel they are sincere to serve you, any questions about products are explained politely with recommendation by the staff on duty. Other pet stores in this area customer service can be impatient and grouchy, which is a turn-off and not make me want to visit again. Only gripe is that it is no longer 24 hours, as I do come monthly in the late nights to stock up on my supplies, wish this outlet can be 24 hours again.

Walk in to get cat food at superpets bedok. Staff kai attended to customer the moment he saw us although he was seen busy segregating stocks that has arrived. Very helpful and polite too. Superpets is always Recommended for your one stop pets needs.

limited Hamster cages and Food/Treats. Very pricey too comparing to some other pet shop but had no choice, only place nearby towards me in bedok area to get urgent food stuffs at 2130hrs. But nice and helpful staffs there! Hopefully there will more choices for hamsters food and promotions.

Lots of variety of cats/dogs foods and supplies if you are gojng to restock in the middle of the night. Price wise is a little more expensive then the normal price.
