I was greeted and welcomed warmly, place was very friendly and welcoming. The staffs were eager to assist me and one of the staff has tremendous knowledge of their products, helping me to understand better of what my pets need for their nutrition diet. Ethan was very patient and really puts in effort in explaining something i don’t understand, and as well as that, he really helped me pick out a product easily as i was in a dilemma. 5 stars for superpets in chong pang! Keep up the great service!
