What i liked the most about TIP, was their prompt replies to my questions. Whether weekends or weekdays, any time during the course of my application, Elena their Client Service Director was always prompt in answering back. I was earlier planning to do the application on my own but, at least for me having someone double check ensured there were no mistakes. <Failed application - Twice> Just wanted to leave an honest review. The consultants are quite professional, and they do provide a detailed list of what is required. Therefore, followed their instructions to the dot. Cover letters, Resumes, Company and Singaporean testimonials, Salary Increments, Professional Certifications, Donations, all the works. Unfortunately, my initial application was rejected (May 2022 to Sept 2022), then my appeal (Oct 2022 to April 2023) was rejected again. My case handler changed, and my package only helps with one appeal, afterwards they sent me a message saying that's all they can do, and left me to my devices. Although was quite satisfied with initial services, the disappointing result(s) with the cutoff is really a quite bitter feeling. Very different in contrast from the promising start. Conclusion: Good service, however at the end, despite the hefty consultant fees, did not manage to successfully apply for PR.
