Searched for the best stingray in Toa Payoh and this popped up as one of the best in Singapore - and it truly is! ⏰ went on a Friday dinner time and waited for roughly 20 minutes before we got our food, which was acceptable considering there’s a lot of people waiting in line too 🐟 the stingray was good, fresh, fleshy and paired with a really good sambal - didn’t regret going for the $15 portion for the 2 of us as it was barely enough 🦑 the sotong like what many said was good too, ordered a small one to try and quite like it - the abundance of onions was welcoming for us too We will definitely be back for more in the future whenever we are craving for some stingray!

Very reasonable price and delicious Kang Kong and stingray. The sauce is bit spicy but very flavourful and nutty taste. Stingray is cook to perfection, the fresh is tender and soft with slightly aromatic sauce with hint of spiciness. Overall loved both dishes par it with rice is match made in heaven!

Wonderful store to order if you like sambal bbq stingray, sotong (octopus), nice kangkong, crayfish and including eggs is superb. Not too spicy and most impt the sambal chilli is one of the best you can find in Singapore. Give them thumbs up for their food and price is super reasonable. You can also order via WhatsApp and collect when you are here. Very friendly service from the store, do whatsapp in advance if you do not want to wait too long while you are at the shop, do it early as limited slots are available for take away via WhatsApp option.

Ordered the hotplate sotong. Taste fantastic 👍🏻 sizzling hot Generous chilli & onions Reasonable price and they serve to your table. Will definitely try other dish next time

Peak Sunday dinner time so the wait was 40 mins. Quite thin piece of stingray, sambal sauce was average tasting. Try the one at balestier food centre instead.
