I have engaged them to stick window solar films, and bathroom glass panels protective films for my new BTO. Went down to their showroom, and Zane patiently introduce to me the different kinds of films, what the specifications means, and advice on what is suitable for me. Willy coordinated on the installation dates and came up to do the measurements personally. On the installation day, their installer found a chip on my window glass before sticking the film, which I didn’t even notice during defect checking, and luckily BSC replaced it for me. Because of my window glass issue and other unforeseen problems, they had to arrange extra trips for installation which they gladly do so without additional cost. I greatly appreciate their prompt replies and readiness in getting work done properly. They are approachable and have great working attitude and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to those who need solar films. Thank you Zane, Willy & Leonard for your great service!
