Urban Paws has changed Waffle's life . He used to have separation anxiety , however, Urban Paws was very patient with him. He even vomitted on the first few daycare sessions but after more frequent sessions, the handlers managed to overcome his fear n anxiety and even took him out for outings. Waffle has many BFFs in the daycare and has become the HAPPIEST dog on earth since and he never failed to miss a single outing. He also learned to swim and has his grooming done at the same place. This is almost an all-in-one paradise for him. One can be rest assured that our furkid will be very well taken care of in this daycare. Now i can check him in for staycation and enjoy my holidays because i know he is in safe hands. Kudos to all the handlers in Urban Paws they are amazing and they take care of our furkids with tender loving care

Urban Paws continues to exceed our expectations! This was our fifth time boarding our beloved Odie here, and once again, they provided exceptional care. From the friendly staff to the clean and comfortable facilities, we couldn't be happier with the service. It's reassuring to know that Odie is in such capable hands whenever we're away. Highly recommend Urban Paws for all your boarding needs!

Been sending our precious doggie to Urban Paws since we moved to the estate. Grooming, boarding and outings were well executed.

Pretty good with grooming but I kept hearing this dog crying and one of the male staff kept shouting at it to shut up. I mean the dog won't understand what he's saying the tone of his voice will just make the dog more agitated. None of the staff stopped him so it's a little worrying how they treat dogs.

Contacted them via WA for dog full grooming, and the response was really prompt! ☻ Also informed them that it's my dog's birthday that day and they said they'll give my dog extra pampering hahahaha. In the end I forgot to ask about the extra pampering when I picked up my dog, but kudos for suggesting in the first place! ☺️ Total bill was SGD 85, really reasonable for full groom, and they will inform via WA when your pet is ready to be picked up!

I bring my Japanese spitz here. Joanne is a skilled groomer. My dog was relaxed after grooming. She dematted my dog’s fur for 45 minutes without charging us extra, and told us it’s just one-off goodwill gesture. Fair enough! We were ignorant about grooming a long coat JS. I was disappointed with the service at the Telok Kurau because my boy had no phobia of nail cutting when I did it for him. But after a grooming trip there he’s so scared he no longer is at ease when I cut his mail.
