Highly recommend! Very fast and efficient service from start to finish. WhatsApp and enquired on 02/02 for installing heater point and instant water heater in my bathroom and the technicians were able to come the next day to do the job. They communicate well and did a good job. Thank you!

I experienced a power trip at my house. Could not resolve on the power box. contacted a few other 24/7 electricians. Found one that agreed to come down, and waited for close to 3 hours. They did not show up and ignored all calls and messages. Called a few others that said it can only be resolved with an experienced electrician and would cost a few hundred dollars just to check, additional cost if need any repair. Found this contact and decided to call them up, I was ready to pay the cost as long as they come down to fix it. However, to my surprise, they insisted on helping to solve it on the phone first. They were patient, and guided step by step. And issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes!!! I did not need to pay a single cent. They just wanted to help... They save time and cost! Did it so patiently and nice! Great service from them! Highly recommend!!

Contracted them regarding a power trip. They were fast and responsive, and were happy to help. After troubleshooting, it was established that all I had to do was to change the lightbulb and no further action was needed. They did not charge for the advice and was pleasant throughout. Will contact them again if I ever have electrical issues. Highly recommend.

Great service. I had an early morning power trip which I was unable to solve myself by resetting the breakers. I reached out to a few 24/7 electricians and this was the first (and only) one to respond. The electricians were at my place within 30 minutes or so, helped to sort out a problematic security guard to let them in (I wasn’t on site) and had the problem solved within 15 minutes. Easy payment by PayNow. It was a really good experience and I’ll be contacting them again to look into a few other small electrical jobs needing to be done around the house.

We wanted to install a storage heater and remove the old instant heaters in our two bathrooms because we had enough of the ‘hot but not hot enough’ water coming out from the instant heater when it gets cold and rainy. But this required a hot water pipe to be installed (among other things) and the various plumbing services companies I contacted were slow to reply (they typically come back with 1 question a day) which was frustrating. This was until I found Vision and contacted them through WA. Khoo was very helpful and knowledgeable and prompt in answering my many questions. In fact, I had my new heater up and running within a few days from my initial contact with Khoo. The workers are punctual and careful in their work. They also cleaned the place up after they completed the job. Highly recommend for fuss free experience.
