Cheap parking at HDB rates, but carpark path is narrow and require careful driving. Lots are a bit smaller than those in newer carparks.

Very old carpark, careful when turning up each level as bigger cars need extra clearance when turning up / down the ramps, drive slowly is highly advisable when using this carpark. Cheapest carpark in the area!
