Had a positive experience with Eminent dealing with dry wood termites in January 2024. They came n did a comprehensive spraying, which kept the activity at bay. Unfortunately, dry wood termites can't be totally eradicated as they are in the wood and can activate again. Recently problem resurfaced. But Eminent has been responsive. They bring peace of mind with another outbreak. Caring and competent company.

I liaised with Ian, who was very responsive, informative, and most importantly, patient (we had many questions as we were a bit freaked out). He was able to arrange extermination the very next day, which was a lot faster than expected. We were also worried about our cats and their safety if pesticides were used. We were assured that the pest control was pet-safe after ventilating the house. Amir was our technician and we were lucky to have him - he is a friendly guy who does extremely thorough work. He helped us steam our delicate items one-by-one. After the first round of treatment, we stopped getting bed bug bites! But for good measure, we also did a follow-up extermination (which is included in the cost) to get the eggs etc. Overall very reasonable price for good work and peace of mind for us. Really recommend them!

I would like to thank Ian to his prompt and professional guidance on dealing with a termites (dry termites) infestation situation. We reached out to a few vendors for advise and were under the impression and advice that the solution is to replace the bedroom door. Due to the higher than norm door height, we had challenges to find the right vendor. Ian's experience and approach to the matter was spot on as he shared the door replacement may not be effective and consider tackling the problem from cheapest solution and work the way up. Indeed when his technician, Amir came onsite to assess the situation before carrying out the necessary treatment, Amir found that the source wasn't the door but came from wooden plank in the ceiling! However, due to their job that don't require them to work from height, we have to schedule another day for the treatment as they would need to source/prepare for a ladder which is necessary. After the 1st session, no more termites' poo/pellets were found and now we are awaiting for the final session to have the maximum effectiveness.
