S. H. (.I reached out to Mr. Yap about a dry wood termite issue affecting my door frame. Many pest control companies were dismissive, since for dry wood termite there wasn’t much that could be done. Some even quoted a high price of SGD 280 for a spray treatment without even assessing the site, which, as I later learned, isn’t effective, even as a preventive measure.
Mr. Yap, however, went above and beyond, demonstrating honest business practices. He was incredibly patient and took the time to educate us about the different types of pests and their preventive measures. I learned so much during our 30-minute conversation—it felt like attending a class. I am truly inspired by his business ethics, and I believe the world would be a better place if more businesses operated like Mr. Yap’s.
I hope this review reaches more people. I’ve also shared his services with my network and highly recommend reaching out to him when needed.

I liaised with Mr Yap who scheduled an inspection visit the very next day and was a pleasure to talk to. Additionally, Mr. Yap extended his service to inspect my parents' home at no charge, even though he had already completed an inspection at my place. His approach was refreshingly informative rather than pushy, focusing on sharing knowledge rather than hard selling.

During the inspection, Mr Yap was very meticulous and ensured all possible location of the termite infestation was checked. He even went ahead and explained how the specific species of termites come about and ways of prevention. He provided his honest opinions and feedback, which put me at ease. After the inspection is complete, he issued a thorough written report within a few hours of the inspection done and his conclusions.

d. t.I was worried with dealing with termite issues in my house and left a message with Innovative pest control. They swiftly replied and came to my house the following day.
The manager (Mr Yap) came to assure me of the issues then told me that it may not be feasible (and reasonable) to seek treatment for my case. He suggested for me to instead replace the source - ie. My furniture. He also educated me on different types of termites, prevention and their treatment process should i choose to opt for it. I'm also surprised that this assessment was for free too. I'm really thankful and sure that this company does their work with integrity; not seeking just solely profits but offering the best options for the customers.

I. W.Noticed mud trails in the toilets and called Innovative Pest Control after discovering the toilet doors and door frames misaligned. Found trails of termites after that. Started the baiting treatment for almost two months since and now the colony shows signs of dying. The technician from Innovative Pest Control, Hadi, has been following up with us fortnightly and he is very patient in explaining the progress to us. Hadi is knowledgeable in his area or expertise and willing to share useful tips with us in other related matters too.
