Update as of 06 Sept 2024 - 2nd session. The team came by as per agreed time and did their wonders. Team was courteous and polite. 22 Aug 2024 - Excellent service from Sam. Explanations were clearly provided. Prompt service. I called 22 Aug 2024 around 1230pm, Sam came by and within the next hour their team of 4 was here to do their magic. 2 units done! Impressive!!

I'm glad to engage this company for my bed bugs issue! Especially Shah and Sulaiman, they have been very helpful and assessed every corner of my house to ensure no more bed bugs. Customer service officer has been responding promptly too! One amazing thing about them is that, they provide 4 months of warranty whereas most other pest control companies don't have or max of just 1 month. Worth the money!

Noticed termites on my kitchen top. Called Ironman. They immediately scheduled a site visit. Uncle Sam came and inspected whole house. Found two sites to treat. He was so friendly so experienced. Explained everything so patiently. Then Ah Hong came to treat the termites. Very efficient, the area was very clean even after the drilling and pumping in medicine. Very very happy with the service!

Came across IPC on Google website and decided to drop them a message to deal with my pest issues. Eric, the PIC was very responsive and gave me a call on the very actual day to further understand situation and very promptly provided me his advices and the steps that IPC will take to tackle the problem. Eric quickly arrange a site inspection for us and on the site inspection, Eric came down personally to go through the possible areas and spots that the pest usually hides. After the actual site inspection, the account service person, Hazell promptly contacted us and informed their pest control technician will come down within 1 hour to do the spraying. The pest control technician, Shahril went through the spraying and also provided the steps that we need to take note after the spraying. It was very surprising after the spraying, a few german cockroaches came out and found dead and also, Shahril shared his knowledge on the areas houseowner can/should also look out for when doing furniture installation to prevent any openings in between for possible pest breeding. Great thanks and appreciate the team for their prompt, friendly service, and the assurance provided! Definitely happy to learnt from the team some of the shared tips that I was never aware of. I look forward to the future appointments! :)

Efficient. Effective. Ethical. 💯 👍 I engaged their pest service last year, after a guest of mine brought bedbugs from overseas (there was a period of time bedbugs were everywhere from Paris, to airplanes, to Singapore) Anyways, I found Ironman from Google search and informed they were interviewed by our local news publications. They came over for a free inspection the next day! Decided to go ahead with them due to their reputation, experience and most importantly their spray is effective and approved by NEA!!. (Safe to be around, don't have to leave the house during the exterminating process) Ironman promised 2 rounds of extermination spray (2 days) to effectively get rid of the pest for good - and they did a marvellous job! It's been more than 3 months since I engaged them and I don't see any trace of bedbugs and not even an ant in my house! I highly recommend anyone who wants their house to be free of pest! 🙏🏻

I noticed a few sawdust-looking little piles in a bedroom last week and watsapp Ironman Pest Control, which is on a few websites' lists of top pest control companies. Xena was very quick to respond and arrange a complimentary inspection. Sam came and explained his observation and answered my questions patiently. He also took the initiative to inspect all other areas. Trusting Sam's knowledge and finding his charges reasonable, I went ahead with Sam's recommended treatment today and was glad to see his team doing a thorough job. Thank you Sam and team!

I have called a few pest control company and Ironman is the one that I selected as I did not want to get out of the house for a few hours and pack the stuff at home. As promised the chemical use is safe as I have a child at home. Everything was so swift, the morning I called and evening the boss, Sam came to check and next day his guys came and spray the whole house at every corner. I’m aware of the chemical product that they used which is why I’m very assured since I work in a chemical industry. After the first round, the 2nd round was two weeks later and the same process. Overall, I’m very satisfied and bedbugs are all cleared and there’s even a 6 months warranty. I did not take any photos as I’m very traumatised since I’ve gotten bitten for a few months.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They taught us how the pests work, what treatment we can use for pest bites, what we can do to minimise pest infestation in the future etc. During the cleaning, they were also very thorough. They used NEA-approved sprays so they are not harmful to humans.

They responded very promptly, set an appointment for the same day and Sam came to my house at the exact time that I requested. He was very quick with his service and effectively removed the two lizards. Then my house was also fumigated by Ironman pest control. Thank you for being so responsive and prompt. Very good service received from Sam and team. Came down on the same day itself to inspect and able to schedule a service within the same week. Also flexible to accommodate change in schedule as my daughter was down with stomach flu. Alex and Sam are truly the ironman, my room has been infected by bed bugs for more than 1 month as other pest control couldn’t solve it until I called Alex, they quickly arranged to do the treatment in the next day once I confirmed with him. I can now sleep in peace! Good job to Alex and Sam!

Ironman pest control is very professional. Alex is very knowledgeable on the insects that infested in my house. Not only he explained to me on those insects biology and why my house is infested. He also explained to me what pesticide he going to use. On the day of the spraying treatment he reassured me that all the pesticides that he use is not generic pesticide. He did use good quality pesticide from reputable pesticide manufacturer like Bayer, Syngenta, BASF and Exterminex termite bait. My bedbugs problem is solved within days and the termites infestation is also solve within weeks. I also took their monthly pest control service for my house and my office.

Great service and response time by Alex and team! I was having some house lizard(s) issue and Alex was able to respond promptly within the same day. Alex and team are professionals and offered an action plan after a free inspection of the problem area. Potential entry/exit points were sealed, drainage and entryways were bugged sprayed to eliminate the food source (insects, bugs etc) and minimise insect activity. Traps were set at potential hot spots. Alex has also agreed to assist with the clearing of caught traps (post treatment) as I’m really terrified to even go near ‘em. Hopefully will be able to stay lizard free for a while…
