Although I didn't use the company service, I appreciate the time spent to explain and advise on the problems I faced at home with the home pests. Sally is patience, professional and dedicated in her service to customer. Highly recommend others whom wishes to find a trustworthy company to help them with their pest problems.

The sales person (Mr Jou Heng) that contacted me was very polite, professional & knowledgeable. My request was made late in the day & he found a way to accommodate my request & helped me arrange for a service call to exterminate my bed bugs problem so that my children can sleep well in the night. The service staff (Mr Soffian) provided a very friendly & professional service. His happy disposition also made the whole 'skin-crawling' experience a very comfortable one. I will recommend PestBusters to anyone seeking professional pest extermination service!

I has been working with Pest buster for years due to workplace pest issue. The support team (Jacqueline) and also the technician (Hafiz A) are very helpful towards our problem, they always try their best to attend to us when there is Rodents issue. Although rodents are everywhere and it's an endless problem, they still showing professional and attentive to this problem. A big thank you for 2 of them for the support.

Kelvin from PestBusters is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He helped advise me on how to deal with termites in an apartment we purchased and also seemingly random ant infestation. He's very transparent, which was not the case with another pest management company we were dealing with in 2019. I really appreciate his help and he will be the first person I contact when I have pest management issues!
