I was there at the shop this morning to take a passport photo. Mr Ong is very patient to guide me to upload my photo for submission to ICA for my passport renewal. Very good service indeed. Thank you Mr Ong and the lady also.

I would say the service here is not bad. 4 pieces of photo for $10 dollars. The uncle will let you see the photo and choose which one you prefer. Hopefully is passable to ICA. I taking Singapore passport.

Give a 5 star the the old uncle & auntie. Price a little high but the quality is good coz they help touch up the photo. They're very friendly too. $20 for a soft copy passport photo $5 for 4 hard copies if u need that.

I took a passport photo of Japan. The pictures are taken twice in a row and you can choose whichever is better. Editing takes about 10 minutes. Is my passport okay as the finished photo is a bit over-processed? I was worried, but when I made my passport at the Japanese embassy, nothing was pointed out, so I hope that it will be pointed out when I actually enter and leave Japan. But I like it because it's a very good photo. I want to come here again in 10 years.

Make sure that you go to the one at B1-107. Enter Lucky Plaza by going down the stairs near 7-11. Organized place to take passport photo. I was served quickly and didn’t have to wait very long for my photos. Convenient place to go if you’re in the Orchard Road area.

Lol this place really will take the best photo of your life. Uncle bob edited my face so naturally, I’m amazed at how pretty I can be (hahahhaha). Jokes aside, highly recommended place. You will just need to wait around 20 minutes for your photo to be ready.

Visited in 2018. Fast and cheap. They did some correction (I didn't request it), but somehow they made me look "fat". I thought it was just my eyes, so I asked my family, but they all agreed that my face was rounder than it actually was. I wondered if they were being considerate, but I wasn't skinny. However, I wish they would stop making me look fat. In the end, my face on the visa sticker was stretched out, and I looked fat, like I would if I gained 8kg. Sad ☹ PS: I recently checked the price in 2020, and it was no longer affordable (4pic=$12, 2"*2"). It's in a convenient location, so if you have time, I recommend checking out a few options.
