Came to take photo for passport and IC after seeing the good reviews. Yes! Outstanding services and quality at very reasonable price! Very friendly and helpful owner, Mr Toh. Special designated area for photo taking. He gave guidance and advice in accordance to ICA guidelines, and guaranteed free re-take service if photo rejection (w/o self-amendment) from ICA.

Emily is very knowledgable and professional. Even I'm working as a HR also I can't really get throgh the upload photo part. But she just take 1 shoot and complete everything. Owner very caring and professional in their service, as we all know that Malaysia Passport require online renewal in this pandemic and super duper hard when come to the stage for photo upload. The owner will use their laptop and login the page to test whether the photo is able to upload successful or not. They will try to adjust until it fit the requirement. Very patience and nice to every each of their customer. Strongly recommend for other whose who going to take a photo for passport renewal and application purpose.

Been coming here since young to take or develop photos, printing services. Still remain relevent to this day. Sometimes will remember sweet memories as you can find or see old school stuff.Recently took passport photo for the whole family. Can choose either physical or digital copy or both. The digital copies they took never once been rejected by ICA. Really knows their work. I recommended the shop to many friends and all of them are happy. Hope this shop exist forever as there are less and less such shop presently.

Had a pleasant experience here the other day when I needed portrait photos taken for a visa application. Was advised by the front counter staff of the strict requirements of ICA and provided suggestions in order to avoid double handling of the application process based on feedback from other customers. if you have problem uploading your passport photo to Malaysia passport renewal webpage, please look for Emily, she is very patience and helpful, she edited my photo for 15 times! it took us an hour just to ensure that my photo image accepted by the system, Thumbs up for her prefect service provided.

Always love getting my film developed here. Have gone solely to them for film (devt and to buy) since I first tried them out and never looked back. They really know what they’re doing and the pics always turn out great and come back so fast! The aunty here is also so friendly and helpful, she gave me much needed advice on camera troubles.
