My first time at Physio Care Ctr at MP and first time doing sports massage. Ron was very professional and helpful. He asked very relevant questions before starting the massage and he explained clearly what he was going to do and why. He did a very good massage on all the right muscles and actually relieved me of most of the pain. He also showed me what exercises I should do at home to build the strength of the muscles that was causing my pain so that I can enjoy my sport without pain. Thank you Ron, for some good tips and a very helpful session.

Derence is an excellent therapist with keen observation and deep knowledge of our body. He is very caring and professional. I was able to feel great relief on my hip pain with his treatment. His treatment was instrumental to my dad's recovery after knee replacement. His long term pain post operation is gone with Derence's treatment. I recommend whole heartedly to anyone.
