My first impression of the Vigor’s Gym’s layout is so grand, comfortable and loaded with many sports equipments. It’s creating a welcoming atmosphere. There is plenty of natural light with big screens and that the gym is well-ventilated. They are going the extra mile with personal care items like water dispenser, cubbies/lockers, and towels. Since referred my cardiologist, I have been attending the various classes for more than a month now and I feel my health is improving. The physiotherapists are great especially Jacklyn and Vivian. They are both patience and have respectful attitude. Jacklyn’s is instrumental in tailoring my weekly fitness programs, her experience and professionalism are commendable. I also wish to commend the support staff Raine who is friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable whenever she is needed to pitch in the fitness program. Overall the Vigor team is providing an impeccable service and has a great ambiance !

One week after my lung surgery (lobectomy), I came here for a treatment with physiotherapist Yan Ying. Eight weeks and eight sessions later, I was able to perform 20 continuous minutes of moderate cardio (80% HR max) and strength workout (press, pull, legs etc) with load almost back to pre-surgery. I also benefited greatly from the massages and stretches of the wounds area, resulting in a smooth healing. The exercises are done with close monitoring of SpO2, HR and BP measurements, allowing for safe adaptation and progression. I highly recommend Vigor for post surgery therapy. It's definitely worth the time and money spent.

She pushed me to my limits with so much care and attention, always balancing progress with safety, ensuring I never felt overwhelmed or at risk of injury. Thanks to her dedication, I’m getting closer to feeling like myself again, able to work out and perform daily tasks that once seemed so daunting. The whole team at Vigor is awesome! They are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely invested in each person’s journey. Every time I walk through Vigor’s door, I feel like I’m not just a patient, but part of an environement that cares. I’m incredibly grateful for the support, and I’m excited to continue my progress with Vigor.
