He works with efficiency and decisiveness. He knows what to do, like an expert should. Not only is he very knowledgeable in his field, he is willing to share information and give advice to his client, the end user without any obligation. He is very observant and can preempt an issue, giving the end user a good leeway to control a problem before it escalates, as in the case of my leaking underground pipe and other pond matters. I fully recommend Amos of Crizto Singapore Pte Ltd to any home owner with a plumbing problem. Your problem will be promptly tackled with a happy ending.👍

I have used Crizto’s services for a while and they are always my go-to solution provider. They are very prompt in responding to queries and the on-site team has always been professional and helpful. Very reliable people.

Aside from the clean showroom, I would really like to commend Mr Amos Phua on his service as a NinjaVan returns vendor (not sure if i got that right haha). I had troubles attempting to return my package, and he patiently explained to me the process of returns, which required this and that, he even printed out the necessary documents required for the return. Overall I'm very satisfied with Mr Phua's efficiency and helpfulness in this. Seeing that he is so keen to help me with such a small matter, I have no doubt that Mr Phua is certainly competent in his profession. Thank you again Mr Phua, I wish you all the best in your business.

Boss is nice and friendly. His plumbers too. Would have given 5 stars if not for faulty products installed (WC and bidet holder) plus finishing workmanship carelessness. The plumbers came to replace the faulty products with good working ones subsequently over 4 trips, by 3 different persons.
