This is my first time engaging their service. Had a toilet flushing issue. They guided me to provide video and pictures and were able to tell me exactly what needs to be replaced and the cost. Your plumber (sorry I did not get his name) dropped by this morning to help us with checking our toilet bowl cistern and then replaced the system inlet. He tested to make sure it was installed properly. Everything was done fast and efficiently, and he was also polite, friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic job done!

Very satisfied with his service. Been ringing all other plumbers in my vicinity but none has responded or was available to attend to me. I contacted PS Home Maintenance, sent them the video of the water leakage from the drain, and arranged an appt in a few hours. As per request Ah Son/Boon came over 15mins earlier and fixed it. PS Plumber Singapore has phenomenal customer service, and they are swift! I literally just Googled a plumber (with high reviews) in my area on the spare of the moment I then sent a message via WhatsApp. The company replied in three minutes and had a plumber call me within the next 5 minutes. The plumber, Jason, called me and was at my residence in 30 minutes. Jason was professional and communicative. He always informed me of the fees I would incur before proceeding to complete the repair. He had my best interest and tried all methods in an attempt to spare me higher fees, which I greatly appreciate. Overall, Jason was quick, thorough, and just awesome!

The service provided by Ah Yi was quick and efficient. Within a short time, the plumber came to fix the big leakage in a pipe. He had all the tools and spare parts needed for the job and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I am so grateful that he could come on short notice as it was a Sunday.

I have to say I'm impressed with their service. I called up 3 companies before confirming PS plumber. Although PS plumber was not the cheapest, but their response time was fast abd pricing was reasonable.After calling their customer service, about 10 mins later, I got a call from Mr Jason their plumber. I ask him if it was possible to come by today, as my choked kitchen drain had caused a mini flood and also my toilet flushing system was not working. After sending him some photos that he requested, he gv me a quote and told me abt 2 hrs time that he can come over as he was attending to a customer. Mr Jason came earlier about 1.5hrs later.He assured us by explaining to us how he is going to clear the choked kitchen drain before proceeding to clear the choke.He also gv us tips to prevent chokes in the future. He also asked for permission to remove my toilet bowl to further access the flushing system, in the end he said that replacing to a new flushing system is better to do repairs to it. We decide to agree with his recommendation. Thanks Mr Jason for your prompt response, patience in answering our questions and great repair works. Before he left, he told us there is a 7 days warranty period. Strongly recommend PS Plumber for their Plumbering service.

I have two toilet tank flushing systems that need to be replace. The owner selects the materials for me, the price is reasonable, and made appointment. Arrivel on time, and help me fix the low pressure pipe, and found that the water pipe was block and solved. Khoo did a comprehensive inspection of my home, experienced and fast. I am very satisfied with the results and will definitely work with PSplumber again.
