T. E.Got Steven through NTUC app. He was about 25min later but apologised for it. He changed the spoilt fill valve & replaced the new one (sealed in its plastic bag) in less than 30min. He was not rude & wore his mask throughout which is important with the pandemic. He also shared the types of WC which are easier to maintain. Would probably engaged him again in future.
