F. A.Excellent service from the staff. The lady helping with Q number was v helpful, helped me to bring my mum wheelchair in
The counter lady Susan Ong was v patient with my mum when collecting her passport. Giving her ample time to stand up for thumbprint and iris scan.
1 Malay staff saw me with mum in wheelchair, quickly offered to bring out the ramp for us to move out.

N. '. M.On 26 Mar, Tuesday evening, I rushed to this post office (first time here) to post out 16 packages and managed to arrive about 15 min before they officially closed. I must say that the staff there were the friendliest I have ever interacted with and so incredibly kind and helpful. They even advised me well on what would be the best and most cost-efficient way to post my packages - I appreciated this so much (the packages were for youths from the non-profit that my team and I run on the side). As I was hastily focused on finishing up my packages, as I have no intention to impose on their off-work hours, they did not rush me and even offered me food and drink to break my fast as they saw I was a Muslim. I was very touched by this gesture. They went above and beyond in service and I hope SingPost recognizes the amazing workers at this post office in Ang Mo Kio. Thank you to Christina & Catherine (I apologise if I misspelled your names). Bless them.

M. C.Went a couple of times on weekdays off peak period with short waiting time. Service was excellent and efficient provided by counter staff. The sms queue notification is helpful to alert customers that it has reached their turn. It was an overall breeze experience.
L. S. K.I go to the post to draw cash, to contribute to CPF contribution into medisave last time pay pub and Telco bill. Now I pay by ASX. This place is crowded and always long queue. They open till 7 still not enough sometimes.
