Y. A.Long queues form during lunch time. recommended to go early or after 2pm.
M. N.Made an appointment to collect passport but was made to join the main queue. Wonder what's the point of making an appointment then?
E.Went thr on 23rd 9:38am with my daughter to collect our passport, the staffs there were all so sweet and polite.. even made my daughter feel comfortable doing the registration.. thank u so much for the awesome hospitality 🤗
S. Q. T.Friendly staff. Long queue on sat but everything is fast and efficient. Counter cater for different purposes.
T. W.with or without queue is subjective as I do encounter a queue in mid morning. Early morning approximate 9-ish or 10 the post office is often empty.
Staff does not have any idea on popstation as explained it was a totally different entity, although popstation is part of the services offered by Singpost.
Hotline is mostly polite and apologize for keeping you waiting on the line which is more often, when they need to check not only my information on the package, but also on the services provided. Not sure if they are unsure?

R.Was really new and lost to this registered mail thing and had to wait for the recipient to reply but the staff were very patient and friendly and even explained in detail what it is, the price and why it had to be registered instead of normal mail for my package! Their service was really good and everyone was kind. Thank you! 😭
A. K.Friendly staff. If you are not a frequent “sender”. Do approach them and they would guide you what is the best alternative choices you have. Sometime you might able to save a few dollars by hearing their advice. Cheers.
