After giving Joycelyn our requirements she wasted no time in researching and shortlisting some properties based on what we asked. In fact, she was spot on in understanding our needs, that after viewing only a handful of houses we found the perfect home we wanted, saving us so much time and hassle. Moreover, she even helped us negotiate with the seller, eventually enabling us to purchase the property on budget, and at 10% below listing. Certainly not an easy ask in a very tight market.
