B. N.I had a good experience with the owner's agent during my stay at the condo. One time, she helped to coordinate with the owner for emergency repair of a leaking water heater. During handover back to the owner, there was clear communication about what I needed to fix/replace to get the entire deposit back. She also helped me to forward some mail that was sent to my previous address after moving out.
